250m Concrete Offset System for CP Roofing
Install & hire 250m of temporary edge protection on a 12m high precast structure. ARC was constructing a commercial facility in Keilor Park. Our team was inducted on arrival, assessed the scope, and completed the concrete offset installation — allowing spacious guttering access for the roofing crew. The adjustable lateral tube offset made all the difference on this height and profile.
Concrete Balcony Edge Protection — 14 Units
Roof edge protection for a concrete balcony on a 14-unit building. The embedded offset system was chosen because the horizontal surface was inaccessible — ideal for concrete tilt panels and slab edges. Albert needed a secure, efficient solution; our on-site and office crew delivered both on time.
